Wildflower with raindrops

in Flowers
on: 14 January 2014

I went walking in the lightly falling rain on the Whicher Ridge near Busselton during the wildflower season.  The most amazing flowers were everywhere to be seen -- my eye was caught by this bright green plant that, in contrast to all the lovely wildflowers around me, didn't have an exotic bloom.  The tiny raindrops were caught on it's wide leaves, just sitting there perfectly formed.
